Sam is the founder of Peak Edge Ventures, an early-stage investment firm backing bold founders building high-growth, technology-enabled businesses.

Through Peak Edge, Sam led the investment in Oscar Faye and serves on the company’s board. Before Peak Edge, Sam spent a decade building GQR into a global STEM recruitment platform, leading the business to $300 million in annual revenue.

Sam brings a hands-on, operator-led approach to investing, working closely with founders on strategy, go-to-market, and execution. His style is high-conviction and focused, backing a small number of companies where Peak Edge can play a meaningful role in shaping long term outcomes.

Adam has nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with over seven years in executive search and the past thirteen years building and leading in-house recruiting organizations across financial services, technology, and quantitative markets.

He currently leads engineering and quantitative hiring for Millennium and previously held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Vista Equity Partners, and GTS.Adam works closely with leadership teams on hiring strategy, talent density, and organizational design, helping build high-performance companies.
